Jiselle Alleyne- Clement (MLIS; MA; PhD Candidate)
Jiselle Alleyne-Clement is the founder of Pearls of Great Price Empowerment Services, Ladies in Waiting and the Journey of a Queen. Agencies with a focus on LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, grounded on Kingdom Principles.
She has over 21 years of leadership experience, that allowed her to impact territories such as Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, Bermuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Suriname, Haiti, Jamaica and Guyana.
She holds a Master of Library & Information Science; a Master of Organizational Leadership and Development and is currently pursuing her PhD in Gender Studies with focus on Leadership Development in Female Christian Leaders.
Dr. Christopher Newton is an ordained bishop in the Church of God (headquarters in Cleveland,Tennessee). He currently lives in Hollywood, Florida, with his wife, Claudette. He is father to two males: Khoran (deceased) and Bradley. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, with a
minor in Pastoral Studies, from the Jamaica Theological Seminary (JTS) and a Master of Arts inTheology, with an emphasis in Biblical Studies, from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology (CGST). He received a Doctor of Divinity degree from the Mount Olive Bible Institute and
Seminary (Canada), and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education Administration fromthe University of Phoenix.
He has been teaching in theological higher education since 1996 and has held administrativepositions such as Director of the Extension Certificate Program at JTS, Director of Library and Computer Services at Bethel Bible College, and academic consultant to Midland Bible Institute,
all in Jamaica. At present, he is the head of department for Theological and Religious Studies at the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology.
As a bi-vocational pastor, since 1994, he has served in rural, suburban, and inner-city churches.For a number of years, he taught the course Evangelism in the Local Church at Bethel BibleCollege, and currently teaches Missions and Evangelism at CGST. In his pastoral theology and
ecclesiology, every church should be a community church, trying to win the community though engagement and service. He currently oversees Macedonia Full Gospel Outreach,headquartered at 3a Upper Elletson Road, Kingston 16, in Jamaica.
Safiya Johnson, MSc, FCCA, CA, the Founders and CEO of Safiya
Group Limited. She is a Chartered Accountant and Executive Leadership
Strategist by profession. She is a results-oriented professional with over
24 years blended experience in accounting and finance, strategic
planning and management, organisational leadership, internal controls
and process strengthening, audit, people management, coaching and
development within the public and private sectors.
She has an MSc in
Management, Fellowship in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (CA). Being inducted into the C-suite in her early 20s, Safiya had a stellar corporate career including pioneering a massive portfolio of projects valued in excess of US$1.5 Billion which included signature national projects that have reaped significant annual profits.
Safiya has worked with many executives and managers across several industries around the globe to help them produce compelling influence with their teams, peers and seniors, and helping them to become exceptional leaders who exceed their goals, all without burning themselves out. The Rev. Dr. Fitzroy Tyrrell received his early Christian training and development in Guyana,South America. This was followed by advanced training in Education, Theology, Biblical Studies and post-grad educational pursuits. Armed with a Teacher's Certificate from Cyril Potter college in
Education, and a Bachelors of education from the University of Guyana in 2003. Fitzroy created an academic path that led him to acquiring
a Masters of Arts in Christian Leadership and Management,
and a Doctorate of Philosophy from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary,Newburgh, Indiana, U.S.A. in 2012 and 2014.
Rev. Dr. Tyrrell has been the featured speaker for many events. These include St. George East Education District Educators & Conference, Maritime Employees Improvement Sessions, and several school parenting sessions.
His services as a consultant, touched the likes of CARIRI, TRU VALU, Tobago Education District and many others. He has conducted Seminars in Guyana, Florida, New Jersey and New York.
Rev. Dr. Tyrrell is the founder of Tyrrell consultancy which provides training in Leadership,Management and Strategic Communication, among many others.
In addition to pastoring, he was a lecturer at the Ministry of National Security National Training Academy, Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies (CCLCS) and West Indies School of
Theology (WIST).
This kind gentleman and Servant of God is married to Dr. Jianna Lee Tyrrell (Medical Doctor) fortwenty-five (25) years. They are the parents of two young men - Dominic Tyrrell and Delroy Tyrrell.
I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience as a part time Higher Education Teacher for over 20 years. These duties were performed both in the US and in Trinidad respectively. During my last three years of tenure, I taught at WIST and UWI Open Campus before my retirement 1n 2017.
In regards to being considered as a teacher for this course, I make note of my experience with utilizing communication and problem solving skills. These techniques aid with any multitasking situation that would arise during our course of study. In addition, my strong sense of commitment to my duties to the College and students, serve as a team building technique for the students and I to perform well in this course.
Akeel Stanisclaus is the Youth Pastor at the Guaico Pentecostal Church and has been involved in Youth Ministries for over 13 years. He is married to Kezia Stanisclaus and he is blessed with two beautiful children. Akeel is a graduate of the West Indies School of Theology where he currently lectures in Theology, Hermeneutics and Apologetics. He has completed an MA in Apologetics and has a strong interest in providing answers to questions Christians ask and helping young people defend their faith.
Desmond attended Maraval Boys Roman Catholic Primary school, before
transitioning to secondary schools (Mucurapo Junior; and Diego Martin
Secondary). Graduating from secondary school at the age of sixteen.
He received the Diploma in Bible and Theology in 1983, from West Indies Schoolof Theology (WIST) and B.A. degree in 1989 from The International
Correspondence Institute. After which he joined the faculty of WIST and served invarious capacity, not least being the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.
He went on to study education at the Mount Saint Vincent University,
obtaining his M.Sc. in Curriculum Development
and Educational Leadership in 2003. This
was to follow studies at Newburgh Theological Seminary, culminating in
Doctorates in Theology (2017) and Christian Education (2016).
In 1983, he met and married (1985) Ann Lauren Felix, a young woman of
uncommon spiritual and intellectual imaginative fulfilments.
One boy and a girlwere born into the family.
In 1975, after co-pioneering church planting ministry and
after three years of completed theological training for ministry he accepted the senior pastorate of the Chaguanas Pentecostal Church (1985-2001)
and then went on to become the
Pastor of the Laventille Pentecostal Church from (2002 - 2020).
Rev Dr Desmond N. Ferrette in 2014, after many years in the field of counselling,launched Denesfer Advocacy
which is a counselling service, where he serves asprincipal counsellor.
Presently, Rev Dr Ferrette, on the retirement of Rev Dr Pat P. Glasgow, was appointed President of the West Indies School of Theology (2020).
Rev Dr Ferrette currently serves as the senior Pastor of
Beyond Borders International Ministries (BBMI).
Rev Dr Desmond N. Ferrette continues to be grateful to God for all

Rev. Dr. David M. Rowe (David) is a psalmist, teacher, composer and author. God has used him in pastoral and evangelistic work in the past, but now, he is building the House of Prayer movement in Barbados, a non-denominational space for worship and intercession.
David’s doctoral work was centred on research in Israel into the Tabernacle of David, which greatly informs our worship in the church.
He has ministered internationally and loves empowering worship teams to write their own songs!
David is happily married to Lillo and they have three adult children serving the Lord.

Edwin Felix is a Counselling Psychologist with over two
decades of experience in guidance and counselling. Based in St. Paul’s, St.Georges, Grenada, he holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology, Kingston, Jamaica, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a minor in Guidance and Counselling from Jamaica Theological Seminary. Edwin has been extensively trained in counselling psychology,
theology and guidance counselling, trauma treatment, online and telephone counselling, relationship therapy, youth screening and intervention, drug andviolence prevention, play therapy, suicide prevention and depression treatment, critical incident stress management, substance abuse and addiction treatment,among other areas.
He has served in various educational and counselling roles,
including Guidance Counsellor, and instructor at the Open Bible Institute ofGrenada. Presently, Edwin works as a School counsellor with responsibility forsupervising guidance counsellors with the Ministry of Education in Grenada.
Edwin Felix’s diverse and comprehensive training equips him
with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively address a wide range ofpsychological and emotional issues, making him a proficient and well-roundedcounselling psychologist. His interests include counselling, youth work,research, photography, and travel.
